OUR STORY
J&L Cavaliers started at the beginning of their family. When Jason and Lauren were dating, Jason decided he needed a companion dog. He chose the Cavalier as a perfect companion for him. Lauren had always been a free dog person. She thought he was crazy for wanting to purchase a purebred! It turned out to be the best decision! Jason bought Bella. They fell in love with the breed and have made Cavaliers one of their life's works. Bella attended our wedding in 2020.
Jason and Lauren wanted to grow their family. Lauren wanted to stay home with babies but worked as a teacher. Jason suggested that they become breeders in order to bring Lauren home. They have built J&L Cavaliers with that in mind over the last several years. Now they have their 7th baby on the way and a beautiful Cavalier breeding program.

The Beginning
Bella
Jason and Lauren went to meet Bella when she was 2 days old. This is Bella as a newborn, in Jason's hands. She started their love of Cavaliers. Bella attended Jason and Lauren's wedding, pictured above.

Moose and Lilly
As Lilly and Moose, the first breeding pair, were maturing, Jason and Lauren started their family together. Newborn Olivia is snuggled here between young Lilly and Moose.

Six Kids, Going on 7!
Jason and Lauren's family continues to grow as they continue on their breeding program. The adult dogs will stay at 5 adult dogs: 4 females and 1 male. Their family is continuing to grow, though. Jason and Lauren are expecting Baby #7! They believe that this is a wonderful way for children to grow up, side by side with dogs and puppies; working together as a family to care for beautiful Cavaliers!
